Southern Lehigh roots. Nearly two decades of restaurant experience.
A Southern Lehigh alumna, Felicia has spent nearly two decades working in the restaurant industry. Whatever else she explored, her passion for food, hospitality and helping guests feel welcome always brought her back.
She and Estuardo share a life and a love of the restaurant business—a partnership built around food, family and community.

Guatemalan roots. Nearly two decades in the restaurant industry.
Originally from Guatemala, Estuardo—known to friends and family as Tato—has spent nearly two decades developing his culinary skills. His appreciation for creating delicious dishes is at the heart of his restaurant experience.
Family remains especially important to him, and cooking is one of the ways he brings people together.

Northampton County roots. A career built on guest service.
A Northampton Area High School alumna, Vanessa started working in restaurants at age 16 and has devoted more than a decade to the field. For her, the best part has always been getting to know people and making them feel at home.
She loves the energy of hospitality and the connections that come from welcoming guests, families and friends.
